Singer and actress Lee Jung-hyun’s husband, Park Yoo-jung, an orthopedic surgeon먹튀검증, opened a hospital. The hospital was named after the title of Lee Jung-hyun’s hit song, ‘Wa’.
According to Hankyung.com on the 17th, Lee Jung-hyun bought a hospital building in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon on June 5 for 19.44 billion won.
The building consisted of two buildings, one basement level and eight floors above the ground in the main building and one basement level and five floors above the ground in the annex building. Lee Jung-hyun owns 99% of the shares and her husband, Park Yoo-jung, owns 1%.
This is not Lee Jung-hyun’s first time investing in real estate. The building in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, which was purchased for 4.36 billion won in March 2017, was sold for 7 billion won three years later in May 2021, resulting in a market profit of 2.6 billion won.
Meanwhile, Lee Jung-hyun married Park, an orthopedic surgeon 3 years younger than him in 2019, and has a daughter.
